However, it is always a good idea to clean the metals, especially large pieces, to make them look presentable and command a better  price. Let us go over the ways in which we can clean the materials commonly used for scrapping.

  1. Copper - Copper is relatively easy to clean if you have something acidic around you. A mixture of lemon juice and salt, vinegar and salt or a sulfamic acid solution rubbed consistently over copper will have it shining in no time, post which, you can go for copper recycling in Dubai.
     
  2. Brass - Brass, if it is lacquered, needs more effort to clean. The lacquer can either be cleaned or removed carefully. A paste of lemon juice and baking soda is the best way to clean brass.   3. Aluminium - Some soap and a mild acid is all you need to clean aluminium.
